Things have been busy these past few weeks as I have been recruiting sponsors to the new race team and things are looking good. We are hoping to have my new bike in the next few weeks, a long with my new race uniform. Starting next week I will be starring in a BMX TV commercial promoting the "Come Try Day" for BMX. The commercial will be run for 3 weeks, and the State Wide come try day will be Feb 13th. I will also be heading up to Mackey Feb 5th to run a few BMX clinics and also going into some schools to also help promote the come try day. BMX Queensland are doing a lot for the sport right now with promotions and Athlete Development. I have just received my Level 3 Australia Coaching Accreditation and will be running a Talent ID Work Shop Training Camp July 2nd and 3rd. More details will be posted of how to qualify to be invited to the camp which there will be 10 training scholarships handed out to the most outstanding riders.

I hope everyone had a great holiday season and I wish you all the best for the New Year. Now the holidays are over it is back to business and time to start working on a few new and exciting projects for 2005. I can't give you all the information right now but I will be working with a new bicycle company which will be released at the Australian National BMX Championships in Cairns late March. A long side this I will be managing a new race team and will be a co ordinator for BMX Athlete Development. My race schedule this year will mostly be in Australia but also doing some US and European MTB Races as well. This way I do not have to travel as much and will be able to raise my son from home with my family.
